The Mother-Daughter Book Club was created by the mothers of four girls: Emma Hawthorne, Jessica "Jess" Delaney, Cassidy Sloane, and Megan Wong.

History Edit

Phoebe Hawthorne thought of starting a Mother-Daughter Book Club while at yoga with some of the other mothers. Clementine Sloane-Kinkaid and Lily Wong were the other two original mothers in the club, but when Jess' mother, Shannon, returned home she joined and after Becca Chadwick joined, her mother, Calliope, did as well.

Originally, when was first created and only three mothers and four girls were involved, they met at the library. Later, they began meeting at each other's homes.
